These Terms govern your use of Regnum Call ("the game", "we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Regnum Call for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the game, except where the law says you can. If you installed the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and it prevails if it conflicts with this section.
When playing online, you agree not to:
We may limit, suspend, or end your access to online play if you break these rules — including resetting or reclaiming a nickname that is offensive, impersonates someone, or infringes a trademark.
You choose a nickname for online play. Keep it clean and don't use a name you have no right to. Nicknames are visible to other players. We may change or remove a nickname that violates these Terms.
Regnum Call does not currently sell in-app purchases. If we add them in future, they will be sold and processed by Apple or Steam, and any refunds are handled by the store you bought from under that store's policies.
We work hard to make Regnum Call fun and reliable, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the game or its online servers will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and online features may change or be discontinued.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the game, and we may update these Terms as the game evolves. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be noted in the game or on this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, where the developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your own country still apply to you.
