Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Regnum Call ("the game", "we", "us") handles information when you play. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game and its online matches. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we are

Regnum Call is an independent game. The data controller is the game's developer, operating as a sole proprietorship (unipersonal) registered in Uruguay. You can reach us at hello@regnumcall.com.

What we collect

You do not need to create an account or give us your name or email to play. When you play online, the following is processed so that matches can work:

• A nickname — you choose a short nickname (3–16 characters) for online play. It's stored on your device and shown to other players in your matches. It doesn't have to be your real name.
• A random device token — the first time you play, the game creates a random identifier and stores it on your device. It lets our server recognise your device so you can rejoin a match you dropped out of. It is not linked to your real-world identity, your Apple ID, or any account.
• Network / connection data — your device's IP address and connection details are used by our multiplayer server to connect you to other players during a match. This is inherent to any online game.
• In-match gameplay data — the moves and commands you make during an online match, sent in real time to keep every player's game in sync.

What we do not collect: Regnum Call has no accounts, logins, emails, or passwords, and we do not use any third-party analytics or advertising services. Your single-player progress, gameplay statistics, and profile are stored only on your own device.

Purchases

Regnum Call does not currently sell in-app purchases. If that changes, payments will be handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Steam — we would never see or store your payment card details, and those stores process the transaction under their own privacy policies.

How we use data

We use the data above only to run online matches, keep players in sync, and prevent abuse. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your data. Limited data may be processed by service providers that help us run the game (for example, hosting for the multiplayer server), only so they can provide that service to us. Apple and Steam process data related to downloads and purchases under their own policies.

Data retention

Connection and in-match data are transient — they exist to run a live match and are not kept as long-term personal profiles. Your nickname and device token live on your own device; you can clear them any time by deleting the app.

Children

Regnum Call is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because the game works without accounts, we often hold little or no data tied to you — but you can contact us at hello@regnumcall.com with any request and we'll respond.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game evolves. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be noted in the game or on this page.
